Asteriska began her spiritual journey in 2011 through meditation, TAT (The Awareness Technique), and various spiritual courses. However, singing and voice have always been her calling since she was young, and she realized that singing and voice are more than just entertainment. Therefore, she delved deeper into the theory behind the voice and how it affects the body, mind, and emotions. Asteriska has earned LEVEL 1-3 certifications through Singing Bowl Indonesia, as well as Modules 1 & 2 in Multi-Instrumental Sacred Sound Journey (Sound Healing/Sound Bath). She is also certified in Access Bars and has been actively providing therapy sessions since 2024. She continually participates in many online spiritual and holistic therapy courses to stay updated and offer the best support to others.

Asteriska believes that holistic therapies such as meditation, Access Bars, and sound healing serve as tools to enhance human self-awareness deeply. This awareness is crucial for individuals to care more about positive personal transformation, which ultimately leads to collective and significant changes for humanity and the environment.
