In 2020, Ika began her journey of self-discovery, immersing herself in silent retreats and the practice of Buteyko breathing. The year 2021 marked the arrival of her first singing bowl, its resonant tones awakened an intuitive harmony within her. In 2025, her connection to sound healing deepened, and she pursued certification with Singing Bowl Indonesia. Today, through Menemui Diri, Ika humbly shares sound meditation and therapy sessions in the serene village of Kaliurang, nestled at the foot of Mount Merapi. For her, Menemui Diri is a sacred dance of breath, awareness, and stillness, where the gentle resonance of singing bowls helps others find their own path to inner peace.
