Dreaming of becoming a professional chef but always failing to secure a cooking school scholarship, Astri eventually pursued self-taught cooking. Over the past three years, Astri has studied nutrition and herbalism, which ultimately led her to a new world: holistic health. Interested in learning singing bowl therapy in 2023, Astri attended a workshop hosted by Singing Bowl Indonesia in August 2023.

Finally, in 2024, she began offering therapy, participated in several wellness events in Malang, and became a facilitator for Level 1 and 2 workshops for Singing Bowl Indonesia in the East Java region
